WW2 MUSEUM BERLIN
Photographing the WWII Museum (New Orleans) tour to Berlin was a privilege, especially as it coincided with the 80th anniversary of Germany’s surrender to the Russians at Karlshorst.
The professional tour organisation made everything flow seamlessly, from a powerful walking tour through streets lined with pock-marked buildings still bearing the scars of history, to a memorable lunch at the Reichstag.
Throughout the days, the tour guests were engaged, thoughtful, and openly appreciative, bringing a sense of shared reflection that made documenting the experience all the more meaningful.
