Photographing Ron Livingston for the Band of Brothers – Legacy documentary was a genuine pleasure.
He interviewed exceptionally well, speaking with clarity and thoughtfulness as he reflected on his time in boot camp while filming the original HBO series, and how that experience helped ground the performances. Livingston was especially insightful when discussing his portrayal of Capt. Lewis Nixon, recognising it as a role that truly brought home the weight of the real events Nixon lived through during World War II, and the lasting personal impact of that history.
